To secure your spot on an InFlow Tours expedition, a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers administrative costs, pre-tour planning, and holds your seat in our small group.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfers. Payment plans may be available for Ultimate tier bookings — contact us to discuss.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering the significant operational costs of planning multi-day storm chasing expeditions.

InFlow-Initiated Cancellations

In the extremely unlikely event that InFlow Tours cancels a tour for reasons within our control (staffing, vehicle issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund including your deposit, or the option to transfer to another available tour date at no additional cost.

Storm chasing involves travel through remote areas, rapidly changing conditions, and the inherent unpredictability of severe weather. Travel insurance protects you against:

• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Medical emergencies in remote areas
• Emergency evacuation
• Lost or delayed luggage
• Flight cancellations or delays

Recommended Coverage

We strongly recommend a policy that includes "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage, which provides 50-75% reimbursement for cancellations not covered by standard policies. CFAR policies must typically be purchased within 14-21 days of your initial deposit.

Storm chasing is, by its nature, unpredictable. While we schedule tours during the climatological peak of severe weather season (May–June) and use professional forecasting to maximize storm encounters, no tour company can guarantee tornado sightings or specific storm activity.

What we DO guarantee:

• Professional, certified guide services every day of your tour
• Aggressive pursuit of the best available weather targets
• Comprehensive meteorological education and daily briefings
• Exposure to the Great Plains — storm or shine
• A genuine, authentic storm chasing experience

On "down days" (no significant weather):

Even during inactive weather patterns, every day is part of the experience. Your guide will use down days for:

• In-depth weather education and forecasting workshops
• Repositioning to the next target area
• Photography of dramatic skies, mammatus clouds, and landscapes
• Visiting local points of interest along the chase corridor
• Rest and recovery between active chase days

That said, we're storm chasers — if there's weather to find, we will find it. Our record speaks for itself.

Storm chasing is an inherently risky activity. While InFlow Tours takes every reasonable precaution to ensure participant safety, severe weather events are unpredictable by nature. By joining a tour, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

The waiver covers, but is not limited to:

• Severe weather hazards (lightning, hail, high winds, tornadoes, flooding)
• Extended vehicle travel on rural roads
• Rapidly changing weather and road conditions
• Remote locations with limited emergency services access
• Physical demands of extended outdoor exposure

A full copy of the liability waiver will be provided upon booking confirmation and must be signed and returned at least 14 days before your tour departure. Unsigned waivers will result in tour cancellation without refund.

This section is a summary. The official liability waiver is a separate legal document that will be provided to confirmed participants. InFlow Tours recommends that participants review the waiver carefully and consult legal counsel if needed.

Storm chasing produces incredible visual content. We want to share the experience — and we want to respect your privacy.

Your Photos & Videos

• All personal photos and videos you capture are 100% yours
• We encourage sharing! Tag us @stormcentric on social media
• Every guest receives a digital photo package from the tour

Our Use of Your Likeness

As part of the booking process, we ask all participants to sign a photography and media release form. This grants InFlow Tours permission to use photos and videos taken during the tour — which may include your likeness — for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
